Moodle 4.5 - 30-minute express update Online
This session assumes you are already familiar with Moodle. If you are completely new to Moodle please sign up for Moodle basics for teaching staff workshop or request training via the IT service desk.
This express 30-minute session will cover the major changes in Moodle 4.5.
Please note: This session will not cover the changes to assessment, grader report and quiz. For guidance on those topics, sign up for our 60-minute workshop.
In this session, we will look at:
Editing modules and adding content
- Introduction of subsections
- A new text editor
- Bulk actions
Appearance and navigation
- More compact module look
- Single-section view
- Improvements to module index
- Easy access to favourited modules
