The Focus Room - AST virtual drop-ins Online
Procrastinating? Can’t put your phone away? Having problems really getting down to it? The Focus room is designed to get you really working.
The Focus room is an online space where you put away distractions and work with other students for 90 minutes. We will ask you to keep your camera on, tell us what you want to do in the session, and tell us what you’ve achieved at the end. A member of the Academic Skills team will be there to answer questions via chat, and there will be three short breaks.
You can join the Focus Room every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:00 pm.
