LEaD Writing Group Online
This month, in a special session of the LEaD Writing Group, we will be taking a look at how the newest generation of chat-based AI (eg ChatGPT, Perplexity.ai) is, can, and will transform writing!
This hour-long session will include an interactive demonstration of how these technologies can impact blogging, some guided time to play around with it a bit as a group, and then a discussion about what we’ve explored and the implications. This is a conversation-starting discussion, all are welcome, regardless of whether you’ve attended LEaD writing group sessions in the past. The session will be held online via Teams (rather than at the usual Zoom link), joining link here. Note that while the LEaD Writing Group is often open to all, this session will only be open to users from City University.
The LEaD Writing Group provides a community of practice around blogging specifically and writing more generally. It also gives all of us a spot of dedicated writing time in our calendars – helpful for when there’s always something else to do instead.
