ISLA Technical Training In-Person

This workshop will focus on hybrid teaching (where the instructor and some students are physically in a teaching space, while other students join online simultaneously), which at City is called ISLA. This workshop will focus on the technical elements of ISLA such as Zoom controls and the cameras/speakers/microphones. We recommend that participants already have familiarity with the basics of Zoom (please see other LEaD workshops on learning to use Zoom) and have read the ISLA guidance available to all City staff. This workshop will take place in-person, in D104 (Rhind building). Attendees will have time after the session to try the system out for themselves and ask any questions they may have. |
